The joint Annual Meeting between APGO and the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) offers exhibits, receptions, seminars, and plenary and breakout sessions of interest to members of both organizations.

The Call of Abstracts for the 2011 meeting is now available at this link.  Deadline for submissions is August 16, 2010.

Call For Breakouts (New to 2011 program)
The Program Committee is formally soliciting submissions for breakout sessions for the 2011 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting.  Breakout sessions will be one hour in length, and should begin with a brief presentation by two or three persons and allow ample time for group discussion.  Proposals are peer-reviewed by members of the CREOG & APGO Program Committee. Preference is given to proposals aligned with the theme of the CREOG & APGO meeting, and those that address timely issues in ob-gyn education.  We strongly encourage representation from more than one institution.  Single institution breakouts are more likely to be selected if they include faculty from both the medical student and resident education programs. 
 
Breakout proposals must be submitted online, via the CREOG Web page by August 20, 2010, and should comprise of no more than 2-3 pages.

Exhibitor Information 
Potential exhibitors, the 2011 Exhibitor Prospectus and application will be online in September 2010.

Educational Exhibitor Information
An application for Educational Exhibit Space and the detailed regulations for educational exhibits at the annual meeting will be available in fall  2010.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO).

AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and ACOG Cognate Credit(s)
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists designates this educational activity for a maximum of 17 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or up to a maximum of 17 Category 1 College Cognate Credits.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
