Held every February/March, the joint Annual Meeting between APGO and CREOG offers exhibits, receptions, seminars, and plenary and breakout sessions of interest to members of both organizations.

CREOG & APGO REGISTRATION FEES – February 27-March 2, 2019

Before January 22, 2019

$370 APGO or CREOG members
$300 Residents
$370 Clerkship Coordinators/Fellowship Coordinators
$370 APMOG (Association of Program Managers of Ob-Gyn)
$570 Non-members
Registration Fees are Waived for Medical Students

After January 22, 2019
$420 APGO or CREOG members

$350 Residents
$420 Clerkship Coordinators/Fellowship Coordinators
$420 APMOG (Association of Program Managers of Ob-Gyn)
$620 Non-members
Registration Fees are Waived for Medical Students

Online registration will close on or about February 19, 2019
Onsite registrations will incur an additional $50 charge

Cancellation Policy
Meeting cancellations, received in writing to apgoadmin@apgo.org by January 26, 2019, will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations received after that date. CREOG & APGO reserves the right to cancel any course and provide a full refund, should conditions warrant.

PHOTO POLICY
During the Annual Meeting, attendees, vendors, guests and exhibitors may be photographed by the CREOG & APGO official photographer/videographer. Attendees grant permission to the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting official photographers/videographers to take photographs or video of the exhibitor’s booth and exhibitors’ employees and contractors during the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting. In addition, attendees, also grant ACOG and APGO the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use these photographs and/or videos of attendees including the rights to publish, reproduce, crop, edit, assign, exhibit, and distribute copies of the photograph or video, in print, electronic or other media. Attendees also represent, warrant, and guarantee that they have full power and authority to grant this permission.
