It’s come to our attention that the Hyatt Regency Orlando is sold out on February 24 and 25, but there is still availability for the remaining meeting dates. The hotel is working to free up some additional rooms. In the meantime, in advance of the hotel block closing on January 15, we recommend that attendees do the following:
It’s our hope that additional rooms will open at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and that most people on the waitlist will be accommodated. We will provide regular updates to anyone on the waiting list.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you next month in Orlando!
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida. The meeting rate is $329/night double occupancy plus taxes and fees per night. This special conference hotel rate will be in effect while rooms are available or until January 15, 2020. Reservations made after January 15, 2020, or after the block sells out, may be subject to a higher rate. There is no guarantee that rooms will still be available after January 15, so don’t delay in making your arrangements. A credit card deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
The CREOG & APGO official room block begins on Tuesday, February 25. If you are involved in a CREOG or APGO committee, you will be contacted in December by the respective organization staff regarding making your room reservation on a rooming list.
You will receive a link to book your hotel in your meeting registration confirmation email. This is the only official link to book hotel rooms in the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting block. CREOG and/or APGO are not affiliated with any third-party housing services.
See the hotel’s travel page for information on local airports, driving and parking directions. Though Hyatt Regency Orlando does not offer shuttle service, MEARS Transportation and International Drive Transportation both operate shuttles in the area. Taxis are also available at the airports.
