The goal is to help develop faculty so that they can lead or improve programs at their own institutions. Attendees should be involved in the development and/or leadership of transition to residency programs (boot camps). Topics discussed will be relevant to the development and leadership of transition courses including course content, assessment and instructional methods, active learning demonstrations, regional courses, multi-specialty courses, course length, and lessons learned for those that have successfully implemented transition courses. It will also feature a hands-on Cocktails & Simulation session to introduce attendees to educational products available for ob-gyn education.
Attendees should be faculty who are involved in the development and/or leadership of transition to residency programs (boot camps).
This course is held in conjunction with the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting.
